Fruit juice quality was maximised by harvesting at night in cooler temperatures followed by quick and gentle pressing regimes. After fermentation the best parcels of wine were selected to blend creating a perfect balance between the Pinot Gris characters and those of the Moscato Bianco. Anaerobic wine handling prior to and during packaging has ensured that the fresh fruit aromas and flavours of this attractive wine style are retained within the screw capped sealed bottle. |
