KWV Classic Sauvignon Blanc White Wine is elegant and refreshing shows aromas of peach, green fig, passion fruit and guava. The easy-drinking palate is soft, fleshy and juicy with hints of apricots and a chalky minerality. The wine is balanced and has a seamless finish. Machine/hand picked with stainless steel tanks from Vineyards in the Western Cape. Soil in the Western Cape is ancient weathered soils, of alluvial or volcanic origin.
