Ruinart Brut is a delicate and fresh Champagne, vibrant yellow in colour with golden glints & a crystal-like brilliance. Fine bubbles rise in a airy, long-lasting line. Aromas of pear, dried fruits, fresh almonds and white flowers. Given time in the glass, further notes of fresh butter & Viennese pastries emerge. Perfectly balanced and fresh on the palate with an extremely long finish. Ruinart Brut draws on the terroirs of the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims for the Chardonnay, the grape which forms the soul of Ruinart. The high proportion of Chardonnay used in this blend gives the wine its characteristic freshness.
